Many Vaisnavas – Sri Ananta Das Babaji Maharaja as the eminent among them – have requested me to work towards translating Gaudiya Vaisnava literature for an English speaking audience.
A great many titles of interest are there, yet to see daylight as English editions. My Bengali skills are coming to a level where producing fair translations is a reality, improving by the day.

Bhakti-tattva-vijnana, the largest title in Sri Ananta Das Babaji's Tattva-vijnana series, is an excellent 100-page overview of the theology of bhakti, drawing extensively from the acaryas' writings. The original Bengali title is a very compact title with no words wasted, the bulk of its vocabulary heavily Sanskrit-rooted if not pure Sanskrit, to accurately convey the original concepts of the scripture.
On Babaji Maharaja's request in a meeting tonight, I have opened a file for an English translation of this title on this blessed day of Nityananda-trayodasi and translated the first page of the text. I would like to see the task completed within two to three months of time. May Nitai shower his good wishes on us all and may there be godspeed for this precious work.
With this, project priority for translations has been raised to 0.85.
I'll be doing some work on Haridas Dasji's Gaudiya Vaisnava Jivana (vol. 2) for the upcoming months on the request of and with financial support from Jagadish Dasji. I have partial drafts of translations in manuscript form at my disposal that should prove to be helpful as the work proceeds, cutting down on the need to consult dictionary and aiding in the work's integrity.
